Refund and Cancellation Policy – Soul Healer
1. Session Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the session are eligible for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours are not refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
If the user fails to attend the session at the scheduled time:
- No refund will be issued
- Session will be considered completed
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was deducted but booking failed
- Technical issues prevented session delivery
- Session was cancelled by Soul Healer
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed sessions
- Missed sessions
- Partially used packages

Due to the nature of our services:
- We do not offer physical products.
- Emotional support and consulting sessions are non-returnable.
- Once a session is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
